Services Description

Designed By Iman provides professional interior design services including:

• Residential and commercial interior design
• Space planning and design consultations
• 3D modeling and visualization services
• Project management and contractor coordination
• Furniture and decor sourcing assistance

Service Agreement and Payment

Project Proposals

All projects begin with a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and fees. Services commence upon signed agreement and initial payment.

Payment Terms

• Initial deposit required before work begins
• Progress payments as outlined in service agreement
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information and requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals on design proposals
• Ensuring site access for measurements and installations
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Payment according to agreed terms

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plans, and materials created by Designed By Iman remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, clients receive rights to use designs for the specific project only.

Limitation of Liability

Designed By Iman's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not responsible for:

• Construction defects or contractor performance
• Product defects or manufacturer warranties
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Delays beyond our reasonable control

Project Changes and Cancellation

Design Changes

Changes to approved designs may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments. All changes must be approved in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of completed work and committed expenses.

Photography and Marketing

Designed By Iman reserves the right to photograph completed projects for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with an effective date.
